Boozer Lumber custom manufactured walls, floor trusses and roof trusses were used on this beautiful new home. The trusses over the garage are called "attic trusses" since the truss itself forms the room over garage. This eliminates posts in the garage and makes for a very strong floor and very rigid roof over the living space. The house backs up to the golf course. The house was framed in less than 9 days using the Boozer framing system.
